Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Introduction

This statement outlines the actions taken by W1 Productions to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains. It applies to all entities operating under W1 Productions unless a specific subsidiary elects to publish its own separate statement.

Our Organisation

W1 Productions is a company delivering a broad range of equipment, technical services, and media solutions to the broadcast and live events sectors across Europe. The company is headquartered in the United Kingdom and operates in multiple European countries.

Our Commitment

W1 Productions is firmly committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place within our business activities or supply networks. We are dedicated to conducting business responsibly, ethically, and transparently in all our relationships.

Our commitment to preventing modern slavery is supported by robust governance frameworks, internal controls, and established policies designed to promote integrity across our organisation and supply chain. These principles are reinforced through policies covering ethical conduct, equality and diversity, anti-bribery, sanctions compliance, anti-money laundering, and competition law.

These policies are regularly reviewed and updated, translated where appropriate into relevant local languages, and supported by training delivered by our compliance leadership team. Modern slavery awareness also forms part of our legal and HR guidance in relevant regions across Europe.

To strengthen accountability, W1 Productions operates a Whistleblowing Policy supported by an independently managed anonymous reporting hotline. This enables employees and third parties to raise concerns in confidence. In addition, our Integrity and Compliance Guide outlines expectations not only for employees but also for external partners and suppliers.

Our Supply Chain

Given the European scope of W1 Productions’ operations, our supply chain spans multiple jurisdictions and industries. Wherever possible, we work with approved and trusted suppliers. As part of our procurement processes, we conduct appropriate due diligence and seek to incorporate suitable contractual protections into supplier agreements to address modern slavery risks.

Ongoing and Future Actions

W1 Productions remains committed to strengthening its approach to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. We continue to enhance our policies, contractual standards, procedures, and training programmes to mitigate risk within our supply chain.

We are committed to improving our due diligence processes and increasing awareness among employees and business partners. Modern slavery considerations form part of our broader Integrity and Compliance Programme, which also addresses business ethics, anti-bribery, and competition law compliance.

Regional business teams provide annual compliance reporting, and identified risks are reviewed by the Board as part of its ongoing monitoring responsibilities. We also plan to implement a Supplier Code of Conduct that will clearly set out our expectations regarding modern slavery and human trafficking.

Furthermore, W1 Productions will continue to review and align its operations with applicable modern slavery legislation across the jurisdictions in which it operates, including undertaking targeted compliance work where required.
